Soagate Property Development Company Limited is an urban real estate and property development firm that specializes in creating residential and commercial properties.

We manage the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from land acquisition to the finalization of building interiors. Since our establishment in 2018, SPDCL has made a significant impact in the real estate development industry, particularly through our achievements in affordable housing projects and an impressive portfolio of luxury developments.

By leveraging a team of experienced professionals in real estate and engineering, along with an efficient management and administrative team, we have gained prominence and built a strong reputation as a leading property development company in both the private and public sectors in Nigeria. Our leadership team consists of knowledgeable real estate and construction experts who are well-versed in both African and global construction best practices.

Over the past seven years, we have completed numerous projects for government and private organizations, serving in both advisory and development roles.

Our Management Team

Dr. Adesina is a seasoned real estate and commodity trading professional with over 18 years of experience in the real estate and facility management industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the prestigious Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos. Before venturing into the real estate development business in 2006, he had garnered extensive administrative and accounting experience working with reputable organizations within the higher education and media sectors. Dr. Adesina is a fellow of the Institute of Leadership Manpower and Management Development (ILMMD) and a prominent member of several high-profile professional organizations including the International Facility Management Association, London Real Estate Academy, and Billionaire Realtors Group (BRG) among others.

Chief Executive Officer

Mrs Adenike is an astute finance professional and versatile entrepreneur. Her background includes a Business Administration degree from the University of Lagos and extensive experience in the financial service sector. She also serves as the CEO of a sister company, Credlink Ltd, where she specializes in providing short and medium-term loans to Micro Small Medium- Scale Enterprises b through seed capital investment and flexible-term loans.

Mrs Adetutu is an experienced finance professional with a background in Banking and Finance and extensive experience across the banking and real estate industries. She has attended numerous international real estate seminars, which have elevated her expertise and competencies to manage financial operations within a high-growth organization like SPDCL.

Chief Financial Officer

Barr. Akintade is a solicitor and advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is presently the company secretary and he is responsible for giving accurate and timely counsel to the management about legal topics, particularly on commercial agreements, title documentation, perfection of title and contractual relations, research, and evaluation of different risk factors regarding business decisions in operations amongst others.

Engnr Kayode is a dynamic, results-oriented professional with over six years of experience in project management. He is multidisciplinary and has excellent analytical skills, assessing problems and providing reliable on-site solutions. He is adept at managing contracts, design and development activities, customer and other multidisciplinary teams, and possesses excellent communication skills and project management. He has other certifications in construction health and safety management.

Kayode Dupe Sharon is a Nigerian registered architect. She is a vibrant, hands-on, influential, result-oriented project architect with experience spanning over ten years and touching all phases of the project life cycle. She is a design and project architect with a proven track record of delivering projects within budget, time, and scope.
